MD-MND10000 Manual Battery Pack Welding Machine

The MD-MND10000 is a 10000A inverter spot welding machine built for high quality lithium battery pack assembly. It is suitable for heavy duty battery packs welding, such as E-bus, energy storage container and heavy duty battery packs. The induction load voltage feedback mode keeps the welding voltage constant, so every spot is consistent and reliable.

  • Pre Heat and Main Heat modes - preheating before welding ensures stable, repeatable weld quality.
  • Short welding time - maintains energy density, reducing base metal deformation and discoloration.
  • Easy current switching - from low current to high current for precision welding tasks.
  • Weld quality check - set upper and lower current limits to simply judge whether the weld is good.
