The MD-MND8000 is a 8000A inverter spot welding machine built for high quality lithium battery pack assembly. It is suitable for large 21700 battery packs welding, such as Electro mobile, motorcycle and high capacity battery packs. The induction load voltage feedback mode keeps the welding voltage constant, so every spot is consistent and reliable.

  • Pre Heat and Main Heat modes - preheating before welding ensures stable, repeatable weld quality.

  • Weld quality check - set upper and lower current limits to simply judge whether the weld is good.
