MD-MND5000 Manual Battery Pack Welding Machine

The MD-MND5000 is a 4000A inverter spot welding machine built for high quality lithium battery pack assembly. It is suitable for 18650 and 26650 battery packs welding, such as E-bike, power tool and portable energy storage battery packs. The induction load voltage feedback mode keeps the welding voltage constant, so every spot is consistent and reliable.

  • Pre Heat and Main Heat modes - preheating before welding ensures stable, repeatable weld quality.
