Main Functions

Multi-Layer Battery Protection System

The XW-5V300A16CH monitors each of its 16 channels for overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, undercurrent, and overcapacity conditions. When an abnormal parameter is detected, the affected channel automatically stops operation and signals the condition through an indicator light, while unaffected channels maintain their testing programs.

Power Failure Protection with Workflow Continuity

A power failure protection function preserves the current operational state and all accumulated test data during power interruptions. Upon power restoration, the system automatically resumes the original testing workflow from the interruption point, eliminating the need to restart grading cycles.
