The XW-ADW Automatic Double Side Spot Welding Machine is designed for high-efficiency welding of cylindrical batteries (e.g., 18650, 26650, 21700, 33140) in battery pack assembly. It features CNC-controlled servo motors and linear modules for precise positioning ensuring uniform weld joints with consistent quality. Based on the graphical operation interface of the industrial computer, parameter setting and programming are very user-friendly and easy to operate. The machine is equipped with 2 sets of welding systems, which can weld the positive and negative poles of the battery at the same time, greatly improving work efficiency.
