1. System overview:

The double-sides automatic spot welding machine supports breakpoint start, and is equipped with 6000A / 8000A Transistor power supply. It can weld pure nickel sheet less than 0.2mm and steel nickel sheet more than 0.3. Bump welding is required. Double sided automatic welding, high efficiency. Programming is simple. It supports any point programming, array programming and graphic import, and can store 99 groups of programming files. The prediction of welding needle replacement reminds that the welding head adopts water-cooled circulating heat dissipation to effectively reduce the loss of welding needle and improve the welding effect. The self-contained welding current monitoring system can monitor the welding current, with false welding alarm function, and can monitor the welding in real time.
