TWSL power battery spot welding machine adopts XY axis full servo drive, ball screw transmission
Move to ensure the accuracy of solder joints. It can be equipped with MIYACHI series spot welding power supply to ensure the reliability of welding.

1. Scope of adaptation: Adaptation range: 18650, 26650, 32650, series and parallel combination of square batteries (or
similar), to achieve automated single-sided spot welding
2. Suitable for nickel sheet width; no limit
3. Suitable for nickel sheet thickness; 0.1MM---0.2MM (0.1-0.2MM thickness nickel sheet needs to be grooved)
4. Production efficiency: 1800-2000/hour or more with 18650 batteries

Product Operation
1. Setting the parameters of welding on the touch screen. (The same product only need to be set once)
2. Put the fixture with the battery pack on the quick clamping position.
3. Press the start button, the machine automatically complete all welding actions.
4. The welder sound to prompt operator replacement of new fixture (battery pack).
