Product Specification:

double-side automatic spot welding machine supports break point start and is equipped with a transistor 5000A/8000A power supply, which can weld pure nickel sheets below 0.3 mm and nickel-plated steel below 0.3. Nickel sheets need to be bumped for welding. Double-sided automatic welding, high efficiency. Simple programming, supports any point programming and array programming, graphics import, and can store 99 groups of programming files. Welding needle replacement forecast reminder, the welding head adopts water-cooling circulation to dissipate heat, which can effectively reduce the welding needle loss and improve the welding effect. Self-contained welding current monitoring system, which can monitor welding current, with rosin joint alarm function, can monitor welding in real time.

 

 

Working process
The double-sided automatic spot welding machine consists of working power supply, working platform, servo motor, operating system and so on.
Manually put the cell into the fixture, place the nickel sheet; push it into the automation platform, and then set the relevant
parameters, array, etc., the welding work can be realized.
