BMS Tester Description
It is a new type of high-speed lithium battery protection board (BMS) tester, which supports simultaneous testing of 4 to 8 battery protection boards, and can perform fast function detection on up to 30 channels. The main functions of the detection include channel leakage current, channel equalization current, charge and discharge Power MOSFET on-resistance, battery cell channel overvoltage protection and release function, battery cell channel undervoltage protection and release function, and protection delay time function.
BMS Tester Features
1. Support synchronous testing of 4~8 fast lithium battery protection boards (lithium ion battery protection board, lithium polymer battery protection board)
2. Support fast function detection of 1~30 series battery protection boards
3. Support 2 production test modes: production full test mode, and production accelerated test mode (optional)
4. Support protection board detection in two connection modes (separate port connection mode, parallel port connection mode)
5. Support B-, P-, C- negative terminal control protection board and B+, P+, C+ positive terminal control protection board test
6. Support input leakage current test and balance current test
7. Support the conduction impedance test of the protection board (charging MOS loop impedance, discharging MOS loop impedance)
8. Support charge/discharge protection delay time test and setting
