The 11 channel of the cylindrical lithium battery automatic sorting machine is a device for automatic sorting of voltage and internal resistance of 18650/26650/32650 cells, and it can also separate voltage or internal resistance. This test sorting is composed of PLC control + PC industrial computer. PLC controls AC servo motor, stepper motor and cylinder to complete the sorting function. PC is responsible for data acquisition and processing, as well as data storage. About 3,500 cylindrical finished cells are sorted every hour. The mechanical structure design is simple and elegant, the system test performance is stable, and the quality is first-class. HK3561 internal resistance meter parameter adjustment

1. After confirming that the line connection is normal, press the power switch button at the bottom left of the panel
2. Press the “Key Lock” key until the “” on the left side of the display window disappears, indicating that the keyboard is in unlocked state.
3. Press the "6v/60v" key until the number after "V:" in the third line of the instrument display window is four decimals, indicating that the current voltage measurement range is 6v; use the "Range Auto" key until the top of the display window "Auto" The characters disappear, and then press the "Range △" and "Range" keys until the "RANGE" in the lower right corner of the instrument displays "02", indicating that the current resistance measurement range is 100mΩ.
4. Press the "shift" key until the "shift" character appears in the lower right corner of the display window, then press the "trigger +/-" key to observe whether the lower left corner of the display window is empty (the empty display represents the internal trigger mode), if it is displayed as "TRIG" or "EXTRIG" repeat this step until the lower left corner of the display window is empty.
5. Press the "Speed" key until the character "F" appears at the bottom of the display window, confirm that there is no "shift" character in the lower right corner of the display window, and then press the "Beep" key until the "" disappears in the upper left corner of the display window.
6. Press the "Remote" key to observe whether the "RS232" flashing characters appear on the display window. If it is not "RS232", turn the "Knob" button clockwise until the "RS232" flashing characters appear, and then press the "OK" key to observe Check whether the flashing character "Br-19200" appears in the display window, if it is not "Br-19200", turn the "Knob" button clockwise until the flashing character "Br-19200" appears, and then press the "OK" key.
7. After the instrument has been used for a period of time, it must be reset and calibrated to ensure the test accuracy. Please refer to page 22 of the "HK3561 Manual" for the specific operation method.
8. After the above operations are completed, please press the "key lock" key until "" appears on the left side of the display window, so that the key area is locked and the setting is completed.
